President part of problem
In a recent letter to the editor, a candidate for CU regent told us what a wonderful job our president has been doing to fight the war against the viral enemy we are currently in. I could not disagree more with her statements.
Whenever we have had to go into battle, the federal government has supplied the manpower, ammunition, ships, planes, and has laid out careful plans on how to win that war. Now, the governors are being told in order to win this viral war they must supply all these things for their states. We are told that the supply cupboard was left bare of ventilators and protective garments by the former administration. Whether that is true or not, our president has been in office three years. Why didn’t he resupply? I frankly can’t wait until November when we will vote him out of office.
