Rex Corr's address to the 536 graduates seated before him at Red Rocks Park and Amphitheatre on May 22 wasn't easy to prepare.

“I struggled identifying words to impart on you before we say goodbye,” Corr, principal of Castle View High School, said. “What message do I give this group of amazing young men and women?”

He left graduates with five rules to live by: never give up, treat others how you wanted to be treated, use your strategies, take care of yourself and never underestimate the impact you can have on the world.

His words echoed through the venue, filled with hundreds of guests bundled in jackets and blankets on the cold and misty evening.

“Please remember, once a Sabercat, always a Sabercat,” Corr said. “I love you. Do great things.”
