Workers looking to get fit after work or destress from a tough day in the office can join Orangetheory’s Summer Run Clubs for free, weekly workouts. Membership is not required, and a fitness coach will lead the run club’s activities each week.

The Orangetheory Fitness studios hosting Run Clubs include:

South Metro Denver/Denver Tech Center Orangetheory Studio, 6770 E. Chenango Ave., Denver. Participants run a 3-mile loop along the High Line Canal (or a 1.5-mile loop for walkers). Club meets at 6:15 Wednesdays. Members, nonmembers, family, friends, dogs, etc., are welcome.

Castle Rock Orangetheory Studio, 3990 Limelight Ave., Unit F, Castle Rock. Participants will run three miles on the Castle Rock Nature Trail from 4-8 p.m. Thursdays. Individuals can show up, check in, and begin running/walking any time. More than 150 individuals sign up and 50-plus show up every week. Maddio’s pizza and Rita’s usually provide some type of snack/refreshment after, so there is a happy-hour type atmosphere set up outside the studio for a few hours. Those who complete five out of eight run club weeks get a free T-shirt.

Downtown/Union Station Studio, 1400 Wewatta St., Suite 110, Denver. Meet at 5:45 p.m. Mondays at the studio and run down the Cherry Creek path, through Confluence park and toward the Highlands. Every week after Run Club, the studio hosts a “No Shower Happy Hour” at PS 303 for run club members and staff. The studio has partnered with the location for a special OTF drink The Orange Splat, and has specials available for OTF members during happy hour.
